Police confirmed they are investigating an attempted robbery early Friday at a home in Los Angeles that turned out to Malcolm David Kelley, also known as Walt, a passenger on Flight 815 survivors had key once.
"Malcolm and his family are currently working with the authorities while they investigate the chain of fear of events that occurred at his residence this morning" representative of Kelley, Dominic Friesen, says E! News.

"Although understandably shaken, Malcolm is safe and healthy, and truly appreciate the tremendous support received by the fans."
A spokesman for the Sheriff's Department Los Angeles County confirmed to E! The news that he was investigating a robbery call that led to a deputy involved shooting and a suspect being arrested. No injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, according to TMZ, the first suspect knocked on the door of the house of Kelley Bellflower and, when there is no response, tried to force the entry of actor who is now 17 years old, was at his house and called 911 when he heard a noise. The officers fired at least one shot when the suspect tried to flee.
We're just happy Kelley and his family are well.
